He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Paul and Dorothy Tuggle. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Tuggle (Suddeth); his children, Sean Tuggle (Stacy), Michelle Thomas (David) and John Norton; his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Paige, Tessa, Faith and Ethan; and his sister Betty J. Walters. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
