He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Tarter and Joann Adkins (Blevins). He is survived by: his children, Tabitha Tarter and Travis Tarter; his grandchildren, Catelyn and Maddox; and his brother David Tarter (Missy). He is also survived by his extended family & many good friends.
