He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannene Agee (Hamilton); his parents, Clarence Agee and Mabel Agee (Parham); his son Rex Perry Agee; and his siblings, Wallace, Ted Agee and Marie Agee.

He is survived by: his daughter Karen Agee; his grandchildren, Christopher Neatherton, Katrina Hayes, Caitlin Bailey (Steve), Catherine Turnbull (Craig) and Carolyn Kixmiller (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Caleb (Savannah), Josh, Anna, Sophia, Josiah, Molly, Serena, Maria and Abraham; his great great grandchildren, Charlie and Zoe; his siblings, Pat Agee (Frances) and Carol Wood (Claude); and his sister-in-law Jamie Agee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
