He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Lodge (Stephens); his parents, Robert Lodge and Donna Lodge (Jackson); and his sisters, Hazel Teighert and Nancy Vicroy.

He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Lodge of Arcanum and Michael (Mary Rose Lodge); and his brothers-in-law, Rheta, Richard Matthews and Roger Vicroy. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, sister.
