He is survived by: his father Jerome "Jerry" Pequignot; his stepmother Leslie Pequignot; his mother Martha Ferris (Schwarb); his daughter Chelsea Pequignot; his sisters, Jerri Moomey, Pamela Harris (Luke Lefort) and Brittney Pelfrey (Tommy); his nephew Nick Moomey; and his niece Sarah Moomey. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
