He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Saylor and Grace Odetta Robbins (Bunger); his son Richard "Ricky" Dean Robbins Jr.; and his siblings, Bob Robbins, Betty Wittman, Karl Robbins and Delores Pummill.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Robbins (Troutwine); his children, Edward Lee Robbins (Erin) of Englewood and Tammie Jean Jurek (Walt) of Texas; and his siblings, Bill Robbins (Wanda) of Englewood and Sally Weller of Texas. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
