He was predeceased by: his sons, Richard and Michael. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Cynthia (Dennis Vavra) of Oviedo, FL and Douglas; his grandchildren, Ryan (Wendy), Sean of Boston, MA, Lindsay, Jonathan and Mileah; his great grandchildren, Dallas Lee, Dezmond, Darrian, Destyn and Solomon; his brother Donald; his sisters-in-law, Patty Seitzinger of Canal Winchester and Anna Bell of Lexington, KY.; and his close friends, Dick, Shirley Brown, Galen, Martha Dickey, Doug and Nancy Knoblock.
