Seebach (Fromma); his sons, Phillip Charles Seebach (Shawn) of Vandalia and Eric Marshal Seebach of Englewood; his grandchildren, Danielle Seebach, Jenna Bennett (Branson) and Matt Seebach; his great grandchildren, Mason Gray and Gracie Mae Bennett; and his siblings, Linda Fielder of Dayton and Bill Seebach of Kettering.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation in Phillip's memory.
