He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon C. Perkins and Naomi Lucille Perkins; his wife Christine "Chris" Rose Perkins (Bechtolt); and his siblings, Gerry, Mary Ellen, Almina and Robert.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Keys (James) and Brian Perkins (Desiree). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
