He is survived by: his parents, Chelsea Ann (Swallows) and Matthew Brian Ludlow; his grandmothers, Amy Swallows and Vicki Ludlow; his great-grandparent Joy Lyday; his uncle Craig Ludlow; his godparents, Christopher and Shannon Jaeger; and his sibling Maddie. He is also survived by family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities (555 Valley St, Dayton, OH 45404) to support families of critically ill or injured children.
