She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Stephenson and David Stephenson; her brothers, David Stephenson (Joan), Benjamin Stephenson and James Spencer (LaDona); and her nephew Todd Spencer.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene; her children, David (Heidi), Michael (Kaylin) and Stephanie (Thomas); and her sister-in-law Diane Stephenson (Patricia). She is also survived by five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of Dayton.
