She was predeceased by: her husbands, Mac Nicholas and Willard Danzeisen; her parents, Theodore Maurer and Esther Maurer; her siblings, Katherine Phipps, Thelma Ressler, Theola Haines, Theodore Maurer Jr., Adam Maurer and George Maurer; and her granddaughter Megan Pierce (Reisig).
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Willard Danzeisen Jr., Gregory Danzeisen, John Danzeisen (Lois) and Janel Danzeisen; her grandchildren, Tabitha, Lisa Danzeisen and Jason Reisig (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Emma and Aidan Reisig; her sister Shirley Denlinger; and her children, Craig Nicholas and Rebecca Reisig (Nicholas).
