He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Koogler and LaVerne Koogler (Hangen); and his sister Diane Huston. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Koogler (Elicker); his sons, Jim Koogler (Lara) and Tom Koogler (Lisa); his grandsons, James, Joe, Jon and Josh Koogler; his great grandchildren, Nehemiah and Jude; and his siblings, Garry Koogler and Peggy Minnich (Ron).
