He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Boomershine and Alta Boomershine (McDaniels). He is survived by: his wife Thelma Boomershine (Cantrell); his children, Renee Boomershine, Michelle Beighley (Brian) and Hank Boomershine (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Brandon Beighley (Grace Coleman), Andrew Boyer (Lindsey Jones), Matthew Boyer (Kira), Joshua Beighley (Erica), Kristin Beighley and Aiden Boomershine; his great grandchildren, Zia, Banyan, Tuf, Lincoln and Colt; his sister Miriam Bourque (Gene); and his sister-in-law Sarah Wittman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
