She was predeceased by: her former husband Paul Doles; her husband Richard "Dick" Jay; her parents, Forrest Magaw and Violet Magaw (Hickman); and her siblings, Juanita Dawson, Joyce Magaw and Larry Magaw.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Hendrickson (Ronald), Donald Doles (Ruby) and Paul W. Doles II (Aimee). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
