He is survived by: his wife Diane Shackleford (Chapman); his daughter Carla O'Connor (James); his grandson Shea O'Connor; and his sisters-in-law, Melissa Chapman, Joette Chapman and Donna Shackleford. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
