She is survived by: her former husband James Maddox; her husband Willard Wilmoth; her son James Maddox; her stepsons, Steve Wilmoth (Brenda) and David Wilmoth; and her siblings-in-law, John Maddox (Deborah), Bill Maddox and Debbie Maddox. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
