He is survived by: his wife Robin Carmichael (Bickel); his son Dustin Carmichael; his siblings, Barry Carmichael, Paula and Ernie Pietrowski; his siblings-in-law, Kerns-Thompson (Wayne Thompson) and Robert (Pam Bickel); and his friend Steve Grimmie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews: and a host of friends.
