She was predeceased by: her parents, David Swafford and Joan Swafford (Jackson). She is survived by: her husband Matthew Rentz; her son Dalton Swafford (Ashley) of New Lebanon; her brothers, Donald Swafford, Douglas Swafford (Tracy), Daniel Swafford (Becky) of Englewood and Darryl Swafford (Shelley) of Union; her parents-in-law, Kenneth and Cora Rentz of Hillsboro; and her brother-in-law Kai Rinchen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the family asks that you please wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
