He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Warnick and Nellie Warnick (Knott); and his brothers-in-law, Marvin Brewer and Lowell Whitehead. He is survived by: his wife Anna Booker; his daughters, Kim Warnick and Julia Jackson; his sisters, Roma Brewer and Lois Whitehead; his grandchildren, Jeremy Warnick (Barbie), Jasmine Jackson (Gerald Taguacta) and David Jackson, Jr; his great grandchildren, Riley and Austin Warnick; his siblings-in-law, Betty Warnick and Steve Booker (Pat); and his friend Charlie Tobias (Norma). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
