He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Potter and Paula Herman; and his sister Shelly Stine. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Potter; his children, Jeremy Lipker (Christina), Ashley Hazelbaker (Jason) and Aaron Potter (Courteney); his grandchildren, Johannemarie, Sarah, Jason Jr., Isaac, Adam and Jacob; his great grandchild Samuel David; and his sister Tracy Mantooth (Josh). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
