Bernice Haworth Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernice Haworth (Englewood, Ohio), who passed away on September 12, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Tobe Haworth (Carol), Kathie Stammen (Tim) and Darrell Haworth (Kelly); and her sisters, Jane Johnston and Janet Dickerson. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Dayton Children's Hospital at 1 Children's Plz.
