He was predeceased by: his mother Kathleen Shepherd. He is survived by: his father Larry Shepherd (Bettie); his sisters, Shelley Eberhardt (Jeff) and Stephanie Orear (Tim); his nieces and nephews, Katie, Anna, Daphne, Daniel and Andrew; and his friend Lucy Idol. He is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
