With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Nelson Franklin of Elyria, Ohio, born in Columbia, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 10, 2024 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Ann; his former wife Shirley; and his son Scott. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Shelia Stockhaus (Doug) of Parma and Daniel Franklin of Cleveland; his sisters, Patricia Wilkinson (Dean) of Brunswick, Sylvia Prishmont (Wayne) of Strongsville and Kathleen D'Amico of Cleveland; his grandchildren, Amanda Miller (James), Sierra Stockhaus and Jared Stockhaus; and his great grandchildren, Brennan, Brandon, Aurora and Draco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
