She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert David and Ellen Smith; her siblings, William Smith and Helen Boltz; and her daughter Susan Cibula.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph'Don'Kolostyak; her children, Bethany Szczesny (Michael) and Donald Kolostyak; and her son-in-law Andy Cibula. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
