She is survived by: her parents, Fred Gleba and Beverly Gleba; her children, Allysia Leap, Taylor Tanner, Dustin Leap and Michael Humphrey Jr.; and her siblings, Elizabeth Hoops, Helen Hyer, Anne Gleba, Rebecca Harley, Debra Roush, Karen Gleba, Mary Gleba, Denise Gleba Connie Yamek, Carol Modrak and John Holop. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
