June Marie Essenmacher Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of June Marie Essenmacher of Elyria, Ohio, born in Harbor Beach, Michigan, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harriet Pionk and Paul Pionk; her son Eric; her in-laws, Nora and Norman Essenmacher; and her siblings, Edward Pionk, Barbara Booms and Pauline Ginther.

She is survived by: her husband Cliff Essenmacher; her children, Brian (Patricia), Renee Handyside (John), Sandy Cherpak (Robert) and Gerald; her daughter-in-law Denise; her brother Ronald Pionk; and her sister-in-law Betty Siemen. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be given to Elyria Catholic High School or the St. Mary Church Altar and Rosary Society.
