He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Lacinak; his siblings, Julia Jasko (Ryan), Tara Lacinak, Will Lacinak and Aidan Lacinak; his stepmother Barbara Lacinak; his stepsisters, Bridget J Lahti (Daryl) and Amy Beth Herman; and his close friend Joe Joe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
