He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn; and his parents, Frank A. Sr. and Josephine. He is survived by: his children, Peggy Eno (Clark) of Elyria, Carrie Prosowski of Elyria, Joseph Prosowski of Elyria and James Prosowski of Streetsboro; and his siblings, Helen Prosowski of Bayview and Daniel Prosowski (Helena) of Lorain. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
