He was predeceased by: his mother Jane E.. He is survived by: his father Kenneth G. (Rose) of Elyria; his sister Amy Lajack (Chris) of Lakewood; his stepsister Jeannie Beitel (Rick Frame) of Wellington; his niece Emily Lajack; and his nephews, Ethan and Jason Beitel. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and many friends.
