He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kokoski and Doris Kokoski; and his brothers, Byron and Larry. He is survived by: his children, Jordan, Joseph and Tara; and his siblings, Carl, Steven, Sheryl and Karen. He is also survived by extended family, including nieces and nephews.
