She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jensen and Margaret Jensen (Jacobson); her husband Richard David; her son Mark David; and her brother Ben Jensen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Jacobs (Rob) of Edon and Cindy Osgood (Kirk) of Maumee, Ohio. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorial donations to St. Peter's Lutheran Church or Community Health Professionals Hospice.
