He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Swank and Ruth A. Swank (Knecht); and his granddaughter Baylee Trausch. He is survived by: his wife Sharon A. Peterson; his daughters, Bobbi Jo Villarreal (Ephrain) of Fort Worth, Tina Trausch (Mark) of Edon and Tricia Bloir (Jason) of Edon; his grandchildren, Travis Villarreal (Amy), Tylin Villarreal (Melynda), Taryn Villarreal, Samantha, Jarrett Trausch, Landon Bloir (Allie), Logan Bloir and Riley Bloir; his great grandchildren, Mila, Cooper and Tylin John Villarreal (TJ); and his siblings, Danny Swank (Debra) of Edon, Roger Swank of Bryan, Sue Altaffer of Bryan, Michael Swank of Stryker and Timothy Swank of Montpelier.

Due to the ongoing pandemic restrictions, the family will receive friends while observing social distancing precautions.
