She was predeceased by: her parents, Angus G. Vincent and Kathryn Vincent (Straubel); and her former husbands, Phil Guise and Sam Wright. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Guise of Marietta, Debra Guise-Coulson of Blakeslee, Richard Guise (Shirley) of Wauseon and Shelee Guise of Edon, Ohio. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; several siblings.

The family has requested that those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
