He is survived by: his wife Virginia (Sansenbaugher); his children, Richard Kelvington (Kathy) of Waldorf, MD, Ron Kelvington (Jenni) of East Palestine, Brenda Johnson (Tom) of East Palestine and Lisa Boyd (Jeff) of Clayton, NC; his siblings, Raymond Kelvington (Becky) and Judith Hendrick (Ken); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Leighann Kelvington, Tom, Kristen Johnson, Elizabeth Anderson, Kaci and Eric Boyd; and his great grandchildren, Madisyn and Zane Anderson.
