He is survived by: his parents, Vincent Barr of Niles and Bessie Hall Joy of East Palestine; his wife Kierra Raynes; his children, Brantley Raynes, Jaxson Barr, Nora Lambright, Evelyn Barr and Elizabeth Barr; his grandmothers, Christine Barr of Warren and Judy Freudenburg of East Palestine; and his sister Paige Barr. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and extended family and friends.
