It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Toots Haskins (East Palestine, Ohio), born in Salem, Ohio, who passed away on April 18, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George P. Lozier and Ethel Lozier (Woodward); and her siblings, George Lozier of Salem, Grace Thoma and Anna Mae Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Floyd J. "Doc" Haskins; her children, Sondra Feezle (Terry) of East Palestine and James Haskins (Cynthia) of Mooresville, NC; her sister Mary Louise Copeland of Richmond, VA; her grandchildren, Theresa, Marie Feezle of Cleveland and Matthew Haskins of Washington, DC; and her great grandchild Sadie Feezle of Cleveland.
