He is survived by: his mother Carol Boggs (Rankin) of East Palestine; his son Timothy Ralph Boggs of Butler, PA; his siblings, Sherree Steves (Kevin) of Abingdon, MD and Donald Boggs (Sandy) of East Palestine; and his grandchildren, Bryston, Adalaya and Lyla.
