He is survived by: his wife Betty (Freer); his children, Richard Kaufman, III of East Palestine, David Kaufman (Kim) of East Palestine, Karen Noel (Wes) of East Palestine, Lori Rubeck (Richard) of Columbiana and Lisa Scobee (Mark) of Alliance; and his siblings, Kenneth Kaufman of New Middletown and Marlyn Kaufman of Shaw Island, WA. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
