He was predeceased by: his father John W. Rager. He is survived by: his mother Lillian Chick of East Palestine; his daughter Megan DeSellem of Leetonia; his brothers, John Rager (Connie) of East Palestine, William Chick (Patricia) of East Palestine and Carmen Chick (Casey Martin) of Salem; his grandchildren, Aubrey and Larry; and his nieces and nephews, Misty, Christopher, Corey, David, Daniel, Bruno, Carmen, Sam and Olivia. He is also survived by his daughter, granddaughter and nieces and nephews.
