He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Boudreau (Leslie Henderson) of Westerville; his siblings, Larry Evans (Sherry) of East Palestine, Gary Evans (Cindy) of Mesa, Arizona and Susan Strawn (Robert) of Naples, FL; his grandchildren, Daniel Boudreau and Ava Boudreau; his nephews, Ben Evans, Mark Evans and Luke Strawn; and his niece Mindy Boyle (Lee).
