She was predeceased by: her parents, James, Jr. Rafferty and Celia Gillis Rafferty; her husband Francis Ross; and her siblings, James Rafferty and Florence Steinbrink.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie K. Novak (Ron) of East Palestine and Christine A. Sultan (George) of Youngstown; her daughter-in-law Cathy Ross of Negley; her grandchildren, Debra Kuner (Sean), Krisann Lewis (Jamie), Scott Ross (Michelle), Mark Ross (Erica) and Gregory Sultan; and her sisters, Rosemary Freed of East Palestine and Lois Jean Papania of East Palestine. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
