It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Todd (East Palestine, Ohio), born in Rogers, Ohio, who passed away on February 21, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Diane Payne; and her grandson Sam Liberatore. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Todd; her daughters, Kathy Liberatore of East Palestine and Cherie Todd (Derek) of Aurora, CO; and her grandchildren, Gina, Tanya, Adam and Frederick. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
