Rhodes and Bonnie Hill Rhodes of East Palestine; his wife Nancy Finch Rhodes; his stepsons, Willy Rutledge (Melissa) of Minnesota, Brian Rutledge (Misty) of East Palestine, Todd Rutledge (Beth) of East Palestine and Chris Rutledge (Theresa) of East Palestine; his brother Rodney Rhodes (Stacey) of North Carolina; his sister-in-law Kimberly Hazen (Stanley); and his pet Corkey. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
