He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Foeks and Rachel Smith Foeks; his wife Rita Cendroski Foeks; his children, Christopher Foeks of Chippewa, Kathy Arthur (Steve) of Deerfield, Kevin Foeks (Darlene) of Kane, Kerri Eichenberger (Jeff) of Ellwood City, Dan Gillin (Christine) of Darlington and Jerry Gillin (Tammy) of Enon Valley; his sister Vondell Sipel of Brockway, Pennsylvania.; his granddaughter Kodie Gillin; his son Randy Gillin; and his daughter-in-law Vicki Foeks. He was also cherished by numerous loving grandchildren and great grandchildren and recently a great-great grandchild.
