She was predeceased by: her parents, Fon Adkins and Pauline Justice Adkins. She is survived by: her fiancé Dave Kibler of East Palestine; her sons, Jeremy Adkins-Hill (Zahira Moumayez) of Youngstown, Jonathon Hill of New Castle, PA, Eric Kibler of East Palestine and Justin Kibler of Canfield; her sisters, Freda Turnmyre (Danny) of Jenkins, KY, Debbie Parish (Donnie) of East Palestine and Jeannie Sheely of East Palestine; and her grandchildren, Reda, Aubrielle, Kendan and Haley.
