She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hogue and Florence Riggs Hogue; her husband Ronald; and her son Dr. Ray Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Kay M. Biegenwald (Carl) of East Palestine, Nancy L. (Gary) of Poland and Shirley J. Fluent-Smith (Addison) of Poland; her sister Bernice Hogue of East Palestine; her grandchildren, Louis R. Smith, Katie Morjock (Lenny), Clint Morjock, Nathan Moderalli, Carlee Biegenwald and Paige Fluent; and her great grandchildren, Allison Francosky, Dominic and Hallie Lewis.
