He was predeceased by: his parent William Frankland; and his siblings, Bill Frankland and Donna Jean Dunn Grappo. He is survived by: his parent Lucille Early Frankland; his spouse Loretta Frankland (Stuart); his sons, James Frankland (Cheryl) of Poland, Mark Frankland (Kathy Mattozzi) of Struthers and Robert Frankland of Southington; his grandchildren, Chris, Alysa, Joseph, Daniel and Eric; his great grandchildren, Molly and Riley; his brother Richard Frankland (Carol); and his sister-in-law Mary K. Frankland.
