With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Fulton of East Palestine, Ohio, born in Salem, Ohio, who passed away on August 27, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Kissinger and Lucille Kissinger; her husband Glenn "Kip" Fulton; her daughters, Debra Fulton Cusick and Brenda Fulton Marker; and her sister Geraldine Beers.
She is survived by: her niece Marcy Beers; her grandchildren, Johnny of East Palestine, Jeremy of East Palestine, Josh Andrews of East Palestine, Devin of East Palestine, Dawn of East Palestine, Timmy Cusick of East Palestine and Felicia Fulton of Youngstown; and her brothers, Robert Kissinger (Joyce) of Lisbon and Kenny Kissinger (Andrea) of East Palestine. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
