It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Jeffers (East Palestine, Ohio), born in East Liverpool, Ohio, who passed away on September 21, 2019, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Kenneth Jeffers and John Meek. He is survived by: his parents, Tom Jeffers and Lynn Meek Graziosi; his children, Jaidyn, Brilan and Avery Jeffers; his stepfather Robert Graziosi of East Palestine; his sister Stephanie Ray (Beau) of New Waterford; his grandmothers, Joyce Jeffers of East Palestine and Klare Meek; and his nieces and nephews, Makenna, Carter and Nolan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.
